Jason grew up in the small Missouri town of Glasgow, located northwest of Columbia. While growing up, he was overshadowed by his big brother Brian. This spurred him on to make something of his life, so he worked hard and eventually graduated from the University of Missouri, with a double major in Accounting and Marketing. Then he went on to receive an MBA from Tulane. He currently works for Monsanto helping them do what they do—growing more food more efficiently for a hungry world. What could be more noble then that?
Clearly the largest of the members of Team Flash, with a body not genetically designed for long distance running. Take two of the best marathoners out there, jam both of their 110 pound bodies together, and cut their speed by 50% and you’ll get Jason. But he is the preeminent traveler in Team Flash, having visited five continents in the last five years.
Jason really only does this running thing because he likes to participate in events. And these big races are great events.. And his wife would like him to lose a little weight…

Take a ride on a real chicken bus (done!)
Lose 20 pounds
Run the New York & Chicago marathons
Run the Comrades Marathon making the 12 hour (editor note—11 hour) cutoff time
